What is the ICPC?
It is an international programming contest for universities and colleges that is held yearly. Local and regional competitions are held in the fall, and the world finals are held during the following summer.
How does it work?
ICPC has unique rules. It's 3 students, only 1 computer, 5 hours, and 8-10 problems. Judge data is secret, and program are judged on correct output (within a time limit). The team who solves the most problems wins, ties are broken by smaller cumulative time. There's a 20min penalty for wrong submissions.
